- Installing GPS trackers, cameras or listening devices in another person's car, home or private space
- Trespassing on homes or private property
- Buying civil-registry, bank or phone-company data from people not entitled to disclose it
- Impersonating officials, police or lawyers
- Stalking, harassing, threatening or confronting the subject, or detaining anyone
- Giving a person's address to a client with no legal grounds
