Terms of Use

Kotmai is provided by [provider name] ("the Provider"). By using it you accept these terms.

1. Role of the platform

The Provider supplies a system for finding, booking and consulting lawyers. The Provider is not a law firm; advice is the responsibility of the lawyer who gives it.

2. Credit

Credit is topped up through the channels provided and can be used only for services on the platform. Every top-up has a receipt. Refunds follow the policy published by the Provider.

3. Booking and consultations

On booking, credit is held at the lawyer's published price. If the lawyer declines, the request expires or you cancel before it starts, the credit is returned in full. When the consultation ends, actual use is charged and the rest returned. You may raise a dispute within the period shown in the system.

4. Finding a litigator

When you accept a lawyer's quote, the coordination fee shown before confirmation is charged and contact details are shared. Legal fees and the engagement are between you and the lawyer directly.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the platform unlawfully, give false information, harass others or arrange payment outside the platform to avoid fees.
