หมวด ๒ ความผิดต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในการยุติธรรม

ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาล ป้องกันหรือขัดขวางมิให้การเป็นไปตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
