หมวด ๖ คณะกรรมการสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์

ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ให้คณะกรรมการหรือคณะอนุกรรมการมีอำนาจออกคำสั่งเป็นหนังสือเรียกบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมาให้ถ้อยคำหรือให้ส่งเอกสารหรือสิ่งใดมาเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาได้ตามความจำเป็น ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
