(๒) ลาออก
(๓) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๔) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
(๕) คณะรัฐมนตรีให้ออก
(๖) ได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
