ให้สภาสถาบันแต่งตั้งอธิการบดีจากผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๔๑ และแจ้งให้สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม* ทราบภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันแต่งตั้ง
