หมวด ๕ ทรัพย์สินและการบัญชี

สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนต้องดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับบรรดารายได้และทรัพย์สินของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๘ และตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผู้บริจาคเงินหรือทรัพย์สินให้แก่สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนกำหนดไว้
