บทเฉพาะกาล

บรรดาคดีพิเศษที่ค้างการดำเนินการและคดียังไม่ถึงที่สุดอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงเป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของพนักงานผู้มีอำนาจสอบสวนคดีอาญาตามกฎหมายนั้น ๆ ต่อไปจนคดีถึงที่สุด เว้นแต่ กคพ. จะมีมติให้เป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของพนักงานสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ
