(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ถูกจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖ (๕) คณะรัฐมนตรีให้ออก เพราะมีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย บกพร่องหรือไม่สุจริตต่อหน้าที่หรือหย่อนความสามารถ
