หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

มหาวิทยาลัยจะปฏิเสธการรับผู้สมัครผู้ใดเข้าศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยหรือยุติหรือชะลอการศึกษาของนักศึกษาผู้ใดด้วยเหตุเพียงว่าผู้นั้นขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์อย่างแท้จริงเพื่อจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษาต่าง ๆ แก่มหาวิทยาลัยมิได้
