สถานบริการที่ตั้งอยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัติสถานบริการ (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๖ มีผลใช้บังคับ ให้มีเวลาเปิดทำการตามข้อ ๑ (๑) ข้อ ๒ ข้อ ๓ (๑) ข้อ ๔ (๑) ข้อ ๕ และข้อ ๖ แล้วแต่กรณี ทั้งนี้ ตามประเภทที่ได้รับใบอนุญาต
