ลักษณะของแผนผังและแบบก่อสร้าง
(๑) แปลนส่วนบน อุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่กับถัง แปลนส่วนล่าง และแปลนฐานราก
(๒) รูปด้าน รูปตัด และรายละเอียดของฐานราก
(๓) รายละเอียดการก่อสร้าง และการติดตั้งถังเก็บน้ำมัน แบบก่อสร้างตาม (๑) และ (๒) ให้ใช้มาตราส่วนไม่เล็กกว่า ๑ ใน ๑๐๐
