ลักษณะของแผนผังและแบบก่อสร้าง

การก่อสร้างสิ่งก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ ภายในสถานที่เก็บรักษาน้ำมัน ลักษณะที่สาม ให้มีระยะความคลาดเคลื่อนไปจากแผนผังบริเวณที่ได้รับอนุญาตได้ไม่เกินร้อยละยี่สิบ ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่น้อยกว่าระยะปลอดภัยตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงนี้ และสัดส่วนของสิ่งก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ เมื่อก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จให้มีระยะความคลาดเคลื่อนจากแบบก่อสร้างที่ได้รับอนุญาตได้ไม่เกินร้อยละห้า
