ห้ามเก็บภาชนะบรรจุน้ำมันไว้ต่ำกว่าระดับพื้นดิน เว้นแต่ภาชนะบรรจุน้ำมันนั้นเก็บน้ำมันชนิดไวไฟน้อยที่มีจุดวาบไฟเกิน ๙๓ องศาเซลเซียสขึ้นไปและอยู่ภายในอาคาร
