(๔) คณะกรรมการมีมติให้พ้นจากสมาชิกภาพ เพราะเห็นว่าเป็นผู้นำมาซึ่งความเสื่อมเสียเกียรติศักดิ์แห่งวิชาชีพตามมาตรา ๑๑ (๓) หรือ (๔)
