หมวด ๒ สมาชิกสภาวิชาชีพบัญชี
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๓ หรือมาตรา ๑๔ หรือคณะกรรมการสภาวิชาชีพบัญชีมีมติเพิกถอนสำหรับกรณีสมาชิกกิตติมศักดิ์
(๔) ไม่ชำระค่าบำรุงสมาชิก โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควรตามที่กำหนดในข้อบังคับสภาวิชาชีพบัญชี
