Section 28 พระราชบัญญัติวิชาชีพบัญชี พ.ศ. 2547
หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการสภาวิชาชีพบัญชี
(๑) บริหารกิจการของสภาวิชาชีพบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์
(๒) กระทำกิจการที่อยู่ในอำนาจหน้าที่ของสภาวิชาชีพบัญชีตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
(๓) เสนอร่างข้อบังคับสภาวิชาชีพบัญชีในกิจการต่าง ๆ ที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ต่อที่ประชุมใหญ่สภาวิชาชีพบัญชี
(๔) จัดให้มีการประชุมใหญ่
(๕) ออกระเบียบเพื่อปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
