บทเฉพาะกาล
(๑) นิติบุคคลนั้นต้องจัดให้มีหลักประกันตามมาตรา ๑๑ (๑) ให้ครบถ้วนภายในระยะเวลาตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงซึ่งต้องไม่เกินกว่าสามปี
(๒) ดำเนินการให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรา ๑๑ (๒) ให้ครบถ้วนภายในสามปีนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
