หมวด ๓ การกำหนดตำแหน่ง การบรรจุและแต่งตั้ง
(๑) ให้มีสิทธิสมัครสอบแข่งขันได้แต่จะบรรจุและแต่งตั้งให้เป็นข้าราชการพลเรือนในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในตำแหน่งที่สอบแข่งขันได้ต่อเมื่อพ้นจากตำแหน่งข้าราชการการเมืองแล้ว
