บทเฉพาะกาล

ในกรณีที่มหาวิทยาลัยตามมาตรา ๖๗ มีน้อยกว่าห้าแห่ง ให้กรรมการตามมาตรา ๖๗ (๒) (๔) และ (๖) พ้นจากตำแหน่งในสิ้นปีที่มีมหาวิทยาลัยน้อยกว่าห้าแห่ง และให้กรรมการตามมาตรา ๖๗ (๑) (๓) และ (๕) อยู่ในตำแหน่งต่อไปจนกว่าจะครบวาระ
