หมวด ๒ การประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรม
(๑) ไม่พ้องหรือมุ่งหมายให้คล้ายกับพระปรมาภิไธย หรือพระนามของพระราชินีหรือองค์พระรัชทายาท
(๒) ไม่ซ้ำหรือพ้องกับชื่อโรงแรมอื่นที่ได้รับอนุญาตไว้แล้ว เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรมนั้น
(๓) ไม่มีคำหรือความหมายหยาบคาย
