หมวด ๔ การบรรจุและการแต่งตั้ง

การบรรจุบุคคลเข้ารับราชการเป็นข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งใด ให้บรรจุและแต่งตั้งจากผู้สอบแข่งขันได้สำหรับตำแหน่งนั้น โดยบรรจุและแต่งตั้งตามลำดับที่ในบัญชีผู้สอบแข่งขันได้ ความในวรรคหนึ่งมิให้นำมาใช้บังคับสำหรับการบรรจุและแต่งตั้งบุคคลเข้ารับราชการตามมาตรา ๕๐ มาตรา ๕๑ มาตรา ๕๒ มาตรา ๕๘ มาตรา ๖๔ มาตรา ๖๕ มาตรา ๖๖ และมาตรา ๖๗
