หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการจัดรูปที่ดินเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) คณะรัฐมนตรีให้ออกเพราะบกพร่อง หรือไม่สุจริตต่อหน้าที่ หรือหย่อนความสามารถ
(๔) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๕) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถ หรือคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
(๖) ได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก เว้นแต่เป็นโทษสำหรับความผิดที่ได้กระทำโดยประมาทหรือความผิดลหุโทษ
