หมวด ๑ วิสาหกิจชุมชน

การจดทะเบียนวิสาหกิจชุมชนอย่างน้อยต้องมีรายการ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ชื่อและที่ตั้งของวิสาหกิจชุมชน
(๒) ชื่อและที่อยู่ของผู้มีอำนาจทำการแทนวิสาหกิจชุมชน
(๓) ชื่อและที่อยู่ของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน
(๔) กิจการที่วิสาหกิจชุมชนมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการ
