หมวด ๒ การควบคุมการประกอบการขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ

ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๕๙ วรรคสอง ให้ผู้ประกอบการขนส่งต่อเนื่องจดทะเบียนซึ่งถูกเพิกถอนใบทะเบียนส่งคืนใบทะเบียนต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งคำสั่งเพิกถอนใบทะเบียน
