หมวด ๗ การบังคับคดีในกรณีที่ขอให้ศาลสั่งจับกุมและกักขังลูกหนี้ตามคำพิพากษา
ในกรณีที่ผิดสัญญาประกันตามวรรคหนึ่ง ศาลมีอำนาจสั่งบังคับตามสัญญาประกันหรือตามจำนวนเงินที่ศาลเห็นสมควรโดยมิต้องฟ้องผู้ทำสัญญาประกันเป็นคดีใหม่
