หมวด ๑๒ การยื่นคำร้องและการพิจารณาคำร้อง

ในกรณีที่นายจ้างได้นำคดีไปสู่ศาลภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๑๒๕ และได้ปฏิบัติตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาลแล้ว การดำเนินคดีอาญาต่อนายจ้างให้เป็นอันระงับไป
