หมวด ๔ การใช้แรงงานเด็ก

ห้ามมิให้นายจ้างให้ลูกจ้างซึ่งเป็นเด็กอายุต่ำกว่าสิบแปดปีทำงานในสถานที่ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) โรงฆ่าสัตว์
(๒) สถานที่เล่นการพนัน
(๓) สถานบริการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยสถานบริการ
(๔) สถานที่อื่นตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
