ลักษณะ ๑ หลักทั่วไป

ถ้อยคำสำนวนต้องระบุชื่อศาล สถานที่ และวันเดือนปีที่จด ถ้าศาลจดถ้อยคำสำนวนตามคำสั่งหรือประเด็นของศาลอื่น ให้กล่าวเช่นนั้น และแสดงด้วยว่าได้ทำไปอย่างใด
ผู้พิพากษาที่จดถ้อยคำสำนวนต้องลงลายมือชื่อของตนในถ้อยคำสำนวนนั้น
