เมื่อเจ้าพนักงานได้จัดการตามหมายอาญาแล้ว ให้บันทึกรายละเอียดในการจัดการนั้นถ้าจัดการตามหมายไม่ได้ ให้บันทึกพฤติการณ์ไว้ แล้วให้ส่งบันทึกนั้นไปยังศาลซึ่งออกหมายโดยเร็ว
