(๓) ถูกจำคุก
(๔) คสช. มีมติไม่น้อยกว่าสองในสามของจำนวนกรรมการทั้งหมดเท่าที่มีอยู่ให้ออกเพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสียหรือหย่อนความสามารถ
(๕) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๔
