หมวด ๔ สมัชชาสุขภาพ

ให้คณะกรรมการจัดสมัชชาสุขภาพแห่งชาติ มีหน้าที่ในการจัดการประชุมสมัชชาสุขภาพแห่งชาติ กำหนดวัน เวลาและสถานที่ในการประชุม ซึ่งต้องประกาศให้ประชาชนทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสามสิบวันก่อนวันประชุม
