ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ทราบเวลาทำการของโรงงาน และห้ามมิให้เปลี่ยนแปลงเวลาทำการ เว้นแต่ได้แจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ทราบล่วงหน้าและได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อน
