หมวด ๔ การควบคุม

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตไม่พอใจค่าทดแทนการใช้โรงงานหรือราคาอาวุธที่ได้รับชดใช้ตามที่คณะกรรมการกำหนดขึ้นตามมาตรา ๔๔ ให้อุทธรณ์ต่อรัฐมนตรีได้ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งราคาที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด คำวินิจฉัยของรัฐมนตรีให้เป็นที่สุด
