หมวด ๕ บทกำหนดโทษ

บรรดาวัตถุหรืออาวุธที่ใช้ในการผลิตอาวุธหรืออาวุธที่ผลิตขึ้นซึ่งได้ผลิต สั่งนำเข้ามาในหรือส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร มีกรรมสิทธิ์ มีไว้ในครอบครอง ขาย หรือจำหน่าย โดยฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้นไม่ว่าจะมีผู้ถูกลงโทษตามคำพิพากษาหรือไม่ และให้ส่งมอบให้กระทรวงกลาโหมเพื่อจัดการตามที่เห็นสมควร
