เพื่อประโยชน์ในการบริหารงานของวิทยาลัย ให้ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาและรองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ อยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ยังคงดำรงตำแหน่งหรือตำแหน่งที่มีวิทยฐานะเดิมต่อไป จนกว่าจะพ้นจากตำแหน่งหรือได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งใหม่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
