หมวด ๒ สิทธิของผู้ช่วยเหลือกู้ภัย

เงินรางวัลจะต้องไม่เกินมูลค่าของเรือและทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นตามสภาพที่ช่วยเหลือกู้ภัยไว้ได้ ทั้งนี้ ไม่รวมถึงดอกเบี้ยและค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้อง
