หมวด ๒ สิทธิของผู้ช่วยเหลือกู้ภัย

ผู้ที่กระทำการช่วยชีวิตผู้ประสบภัยไม่มีสิทธิเรียกเงินตอบแทนจากผู้ประสบภัยที่รอดชีวิตจากการกระทำนั้น ในการช่วยเหลือกู้ภัยที่มีการช่วยชีวิตผู้ประสบภัย ให้ผู้ที่กระทำการช่วยชีวิตนั้นมีสิทธิได้รับส่วนแบ่งที่เป็นธรรมจากเงินตอบแทนที่ผู้ช่วยเหลือกู้ภัยได้รับ
