นายจ้างหรือเจ้าของสถานประกอบการที่จ้างคนพิการเข้าทำงานมากกว่าร้อยละหกสิบของลูกจ้างในสถานประกอบการนั้น โดยมีระยะเวลาจ้างเกินกว่าหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันในปีภาษีใดมีสิทธิได้รับยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้ในปีภาษีนั้น ทั้งนี้ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
