Section 6 พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยความผิดอันเกิดจากการใช้เช็ค พ.ศ. 2534

การควบคุมหรือขังผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยในคดีความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยวิธีพิจารณาความอาญาในศาลแขวง แต่ถ้าผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยยื่นคำร้องขอให้ปล่อยชั่วคราว ให้พนักงานสอบสวน พนักงานอัยการ หรือศาล สั่งปล่อยชั่วคราวโดยมีประกันแต่ไม่มีหลักประกัน หรือมีประกันและหลักประกันไม่เกินหนึ่งในสามของจำนวนเงินตามเช็ค
