Section 15 พระราชบัญญัติอากรรังนกอีแอ่น พ.ศ. 2540

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับสัมปทานชำระเงินอากรเมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาที่กำหนดในสัมปทานหรือชำระไม่ครบถ้วน ให้เสียเงินเพิ่มอีกร้อยละ ๑.๕ ต่อเดือน หรือเศษของเดือนของเงินอากรที่ต้องชำระ เงินเพิ่มตามวรรคหนึ่งให้ถือเป็นเงินอากร
