Section 22 พระราชบัญญัติอากรรังนกอีแอ่น พ.ศ. 2540

ให้กรรมการและเลขานุการส่งมอบเงินอากรให้แก่ราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นแต่ละแห่งตามที่ได้รับการจัดสรรตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด โดยหักค่าใช้จ่ายได้ตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง แต่ต้องไม่เกินร้อยละห้าของเงินอากรที่ส่งมอบ การใช้จ่ายเงินเพื่อเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายตามวรรคหนึ่งให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
