หมวด ๓ การบริหารงาน
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ถูกจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
(๔) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๕) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถ หรือคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
(๖) สภามหาวิทยาลัยมีมติให้ถอดถอนด้วยคะแนนเสียงเกินกว่ากึ่งหนึ่งของจำนวนกรรมการเท่าที่มีอยู่
(๗) สภามหาวิทยาลัยมีมติให้พ้นจากตำแหน่งตามมาตรา ๓๒ วรรคสาม (๘) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๓๓
