Section 4 พระราชบัญญัติล้างมลทินในวโรกาสที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระชนมพรรษา 80 พรรษา พ.ศ. 2550

ให้ล้างมลทินให้แก่บรรดาผู้ต้องโทษในกรณีความผิดต่าง ๆ ซึ่งได้กระทำก่อนหรือในวันที่ ๕ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ และได้พ้นโทษไปแล้วก่อนหรือในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ โดยให้ถือว่าผู้นั้นมิได้เคยถูกลงโทษในกรณีความผิดนั้น ๆ
