ส่วนที่ ๓ คณะกรรมการผู้ใช้พลังงานประจำเขต

ในกรณีมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่าผู้รับใบอนุญาตเรียกเก็บค่าบริการไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่เป็นธรรม ผู้ใช้พลังงานมีสิทธิยื่นหนังสือร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการผู้ใช้พลังงานประจำเขตได้ และให้นำบทบัญญัติในมาตรา ๑๐๐ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
