ส่วนที่ ๑ การอนุญาตการประกอบกิจการพลังงาน
(๑) มีคำสั่งให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตหยุดหรือปรับปรุงการกระทำอันเป็นการผูกขาดลดการแข่งขันหรือจำกัดการแข่งขัน
(๒) เปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขใบอนุญาต
