หมวด ๘ คณะรัฐมนตรี
(๑) ความเป็นรัฐมนตรีของนายกรัฐมนตรีสิ้นสุดลงตามมาตรา ๑๗๐ (๒) อายุสภาผู้แทนราษฎรสิ้นสุดลงหรือมีการยุบสภาผู้แทนราษฎร
(๓) คณะรัฐมนตรีลาออก
(๔) พ้นจากตำแหน่งเพราะเหตุตามมาตรา ๑๔๔ เมื่อรัฐมนตรีทั้งคณะพ้นจากตำแหน่งตาม (๑) (๓) หรือ (๔) ให้ดำเนินการเพื่อให้มีคณะรัฐมนตรีขึ้นใหม่ตามมาตรา ๑๕๘ และมาตรา ๑๕๙
