Section 96 รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย
ส่วนที่ ๒ สภาผู้แทนราษฎร
(๑) เป็นภิกษุ สามเณร นักพรต หรือนักบวช
(๒) อยู่ในระหว่างถูกเพิกถอนสิทธิเลือกตั้งไม่ว่าคดีนั้นจะถึงที่สุดแล้วหรือไม่
(๓) ต้องคุมขังอยู่โดยหมายของศาลหรือโดยคำสั่งที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
(๔) วิกลจริตหรือจิตฟั่นเฟือนไม่สมประกอบ
