หมวด ๒ หนังสือพิมพ์
(๑) ชื่อของผู้พิมพ์และที่ตั้งโรงพิมพ์
(๒) ชื่อและที่ตั้งของผู้โฆษณา
(๓) ชื่อของบรรณาธิการหนังสือพิมพ์
(๔) ชื่อและที่ตั้งของเจ้าของกิจการหนังสือพิมพ์ ข้อความตามวรรคหนึ่งให้พิมพ์ไว้ในลักษณะที่เห็นได้ชัด และบรรดาชื่อตามวรรคหนึ่งมิให้ใช้ชื่อย่อหรือนามแฝง
