หนังสือพิมพ์ซึ่งได้แจ้งความแก่เจ้าพนักงานการพิมพ์ตามพระราชบัญญัติการพิมพ์ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๔ อยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ถือว่าหนังสือพิมพ์ดังกล่าวเป็นหนังสือพิมพ์ที่ได้จดแจ้งการพิมพ์ตามบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้แล้ว
